Website Customer Service 1 - General Customer Service

Customer service representatives function as the
company's direct line to the customer. Website Customer Representatives are trained
to give our customers 1-stop shopping by handling orders, questions and
concerns. Representatives place orders and respond
to customer questions, via the phone, fax, email, chat and website.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Browsing
- Min. 40 WPM typing skills
Desirable
- Fluent in either Spanish and/or Mandarin
- Previous website customer service and/or management experience
Website Customer Service 2 - Metal Lathes Customer Service
Updated March 31, 2009
Metal Lathes Customer Representative are expected to troubleshoot, help customer purchase and write documents about metal lathes. Representatives will be asked to respond to questions by phone and via email.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience working with metal lathes
- High school graduate
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Browsing
- Min. 40 WPM typing skills
Desirable
- Fluent in either Spanish and/or Mandarin
- Previous website customer service and/or management experience
